What We Believe
-
We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative word of God. Therefore our ministry emphasizes the exposition of God’s word from Genesis to Revelation, all 66 books of the Old Testament and New Testament. It is fully trustworthy as our final and sufficient authority for all of life. Deuteronomy 4:2, Psalm 18:30, Acts 20:27, Romans 15:4,1 Timothy 3:16-17.
-
We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory; that this Triune God created all, upholds all, and covers all. Genesis 1:1-2, 26, Matthew 28:19, John 10:30-33, Acts 5:3-4, Titus 2:13
-
We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayer. He reigns with providential care over His universe, His creatures, and the flow of the stream of human history according to the purposes of His grace. He created the earth in six literal days for His glory, according to His will. Deuteronomy 33:27, Psalm 90:2, Luke 11:2, Jude 25

We believe Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary. He, being fully God and fully man lived a sinless, perfect life. He went about doing good, preaching and teaching about the kingdom of God, healing, and performing miracles. He sacrificially shed His blood and died on the cross in our place accomplishing redemption for all who place their faith in Him. He arose visibly and bodily from the dead three days later and ascended into Heaven, where He sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding for the saints according to the will of God. He will return to the earth in power and glory to consummate His redemptive mission. All judgment has been committed to Him by the Father.J ohn 1:1, John 5:22-23, John 11:25, 1 Timothy 3:16, Revelation 1:8
-
We believe in the Holy Spirit who came forth from the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgement, and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who believe in Christ; we believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and He is an abiding Teacher, Helper, Comforter, and Guide. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of all the biblical gifts for the Spirit. John 14:16, 26, John 16:7-11, Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:4-7, Titus 3:5.

We believe the salvation of our soul is found in the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone. All of mankind are sinners by nature and choice and therefore under condemnation. Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins when He died on the cross, fully satisfying God’s righteous wrath, for each person that turns from their sin in repentance, places their faith in Christ alone as their Savior and Lord, and follows Him. At salvation, each person is made a new creation by the Holy Spirit, declared righteous before God, and secured as an adopted child of God forever. Genuine faith continues in obedience and love for Jesus Christ with a life eager to glorify God and persevere in faith. Matthew 1:23, John 3:16-17, John 14:6, Acts 16:31, Romans 6:23.
-
We believe in the Universal Church, the living spiritual body of Jesus Christ of which He is the head. This includes all of the redeemed of all the ages, believers from every tribe, tongue, and people, and nation. We believe in the local church, which every believer should be a part of. There they are to devote themselves to worship, prayer, the teaching of God’s word, fellowship, and the ordinances of baptism and communion, as well as service to the local body through the development and use of talents and spiritual gifts, and outreach to the world to make disciples. The members of the church are to work together in love and unity, with the ultimate purpose of glorifying the Lord. Matthew 16:18, Acts 2:42-47, Romans 12, Ephesians 4:1-16, Hebrews 10:24-25.
-
We believe in the personal, visible, glorious return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to the earth to establish His kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body for the lost and the saved. The wicked will be raised to judgment and experience eternal wrath in Hell. The righteous will be raised to eternal joy in the new Heaven and a new earth in the manifested presence of God. We believe in a final seven-year tribulation period, and that all true believers, past and present will be raptured into heaven, and after which Christ returns to the earth for the Millennium. John 5:25-29, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Revelation 19:11-21, Revelation 20-22.

We believe that God created the divinely ordained institution of marriage to be exclusively the union of one biological male and one biological female. We believe that the Christian covenant of marriage is sacred, defined by God in the Scriptures, remaining as a holy symbol of Christ and His enduring covenant with the church and as such, cannot be redefined by man or any civil government.
He created them different so as to complement and complete each other, and enjoy life together. God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society.
God has blessed this marriage and allowed Intimate sexual activity to occur exclusively within that union, and nowhere else. Genesis 2:24, Malachi 2:14-16, Matthew 19:4-6, Ephesians 5:22-33, Hebrews 13:4.
