A Heart to Serve
Stitches of Love is a service-driven ministry at Impact Bible Fellowship dedicated to blessing others through sewing, quilting, crafting, and prayer. Every project we create is designed to bring comfort, encouragement, and tangible expressions of God’s love to those walking through significant seasons of life.
This ministry exists to serve.
From new mothers welcoming babies, to individuals facing illness, grief, or hardship, each blanket, quilt, and handmade item is created with intentional prayer, care, and love.
When We Meet
2nd Saturday & 4th Monday of each month
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Our gatherings include:
Worship and time in God’s Word
Corporate prayer for those receiving our creations
Fellowship and encouragement
Hands-on sewing and quilting projects
Serving others through practical love
This is not simply a crafting group. It is a ministry of service and outreach.
What to Expect at Our Gatherings
Each Stitches of Love meeting begins by centering our hearts on the Lord. We gather first for worship, time in God’s Word, and prayer, lifting up the individuals who will receive our handmade gifts, as well as the needs of each other and those in our church and community. And we ask God to use each project for His glory.
After this, we move into sewing, quilting, and crafting. The rest of our gathering is filled with hands-on ministry, warm fellowship, shared encouragement, and continued prayer as we work side by side.
All skill levels are welcome. Whether you are an experienced seamstress or brand new to sewing, there is a place for you. Those who are more seasoned are always happy to teach and guide those just learning, making this a beautiful space to grow in both skill and community.
We begin in His presence. And then we serve together with joyful hearts.
About the Ministry
A Ministry of Comfort & Care
Every blanket and quilt is prayed over as it is being made. As we sew, we lift up the names and needs of those who will receive these gifts, asking the Lord to bring peace, healing, strength, and hope.
These handmade items become:
Comfort blankets and quilts for those battling illness
Baby blankets for new mothers
Encouragement gifts for individuals in need
Each stitch is an act of service. Each project is an offering of love. Each completed piece carries prayer into someone’s hands.
Who Can Join?
All skill levels are welcome. Whether you are a seasoned quilter, experienced seamstress, or simply willing to learn, your hands can be used for ministry. If you have a heart to serve and a desire to bless others in practical ways, there is a place for you here.
